While it may seem like a motorcycle would be much easier to detail than a car given the greatly decreased surface area, that isn’t entirely the case. Due to their smaller size and and complexity, motorcycles pose their own set of challenges. Getting to all the painted surfaces with a regular polisher is sometimes a difficult task so we have special, smaller, pads that allow us to get into all the hard to reach places. Not only do motorcycles have many hard to reach places but they they often spend most of their lives outside, subjected to the elements. “Well, so do cars” you might say. While this is true, the difference lies in the upholstery. A motorcycle’s seat and in this instance side car interior, are subjected to years of rain and road grime. It’s easy to imagine how these could get dirty fast. This Harley Davidson Side Car police edition actually had white seats so they were really a test to see how well they would come out.
And now for the afters!
