I got my car detailed here and they did an amazing job! I’ve been to the Mazda dealership for an interior detail but there is no comparison to Northwest Auto Salon. My car was like brand new! A little pricey, but to me it was worth every penny! Everyone working was very friendly, especially Courtney, scheduling me in around my picky schedule. I’ll be back probably once a year. Fantastic place

By far the best detail and wrapping shop in the state if not the NW. Absolutely incredible collection of cars (Both clients as well as their own collection.) Great guys too, who take incredible pride in their work and have an attention to detail rarely found today. Cannot recommend highly enough. Pleasantly surprised!

I finally redeemed my Basic Car Wash at NorthWest Auto Salon and I was very pleasantly surprised by the service (I received it as a gift). They took care of me immediately upon arrival, and even took care of the nooks and crannies of my pain-in-the-butt BMW wheels. I’ll definitely use them for a more extensive detailing in the future, and will refer others — great job! Customer service was exemplary!

“Customer service was exemplary!”
The guys at Northwest Auto Salon did a great job on my new-to-me (read: used) Outback. It looked okay when I got it, and the finish could have been maintained a little better by the previous owners. It looked and felt fantastic when I picked it up. My only complaint was that they seemed to focus more on the exterior although I specifically booked the appointment to deal with some pet smell left over from the previous owner. It smelled much better when I picked it up, but I would’ve liked more focus on what I have to experience (the inside) than what it looks like to others. Customer service was exemplary, with a free ride to work after I dropped it off since the courtesy vehicle wasn’t available that day.
